If I send an email to a lead or contact and the email in Zoho is listed as their secondary email address, I am not receiving the email history in the Zoho lead or contact. Can you tell me if BCC Dropbox can do this? If not, is there some other option other than creating multiple leads/contacts, one for each unique email address?
