Be wary of workflows!

We have workflows that fail for no apparent reason. After looking at the usage history, the explanation given is "Due to a problem on our side, we were unable to process your request". This is the explanation every time. The unexplained errors are counterintuitive to the notion that a workflow is meant to save time down the road. In fact, these unexplained errors create more work and more errors than if we were to do it manually. Zoho has proven that their systems are unreliable. I would encourage CRM users to create failsafe's for their workflows or task the automation to a different entity entirely. I wasted my time so you don't have to!
