Beef up ZOHO CRM Tasks and Events Modules. ZOHO CRM Should Be MY One Stop Shop For Keeping Organized!

I think it is time for Tasks & Events to be upgraded to include some of the more usual features in apps of this nature. Tasks should have the ability to reschedule a task into annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly , daily schedules AND include multiple reminder prompts as most task apps do. The events and task app should have the ability to show or not show completed tasks and events as a selection option. Tasks should be able to be shown as % completion as in ZOHO Projects and be able to to have sub-tasks .I am getting weary moving between programs to be able to get the things I want done in the way I need them done. I want ZOHO CRM to be my only required app without the need to switch between ZOHO and other third party apps. Some improvements in these areas would be very helpful to a lot of users. Thank you.
