I've been using gmail address for email and had set up Zoho CRM with that gmail. However since some recipients won't be able to receive some campaigns from Zoho CRM, I decided to open an email address with Zoho. Now all the email messages attached to Zoho contacts are gone.

Can I still keep messages with gmail while I use another email address?
