Beginner's Guide or Tutorial for Zoho Support?

Is there any sort of Beginner's Guide or Tutorial for setting up, using and managing Zoho Support?

The online User's Guide at http://www.zoho.com/support/help/overview.html seems to assume a lot of knowledge which I do not yet have.

At the very least, a few EXAMPLES would be helpful.
