Best Approach for Managing Leads and Contacts across platforms?

Morning All,

I am just starting off with Zoho and am trying to work out which is the best way to manage our leads and contacts between Zoho and other platforms..

I use outlook on our desktops linking to Exchange up in the cloud and have been storing all lead/contact/supplier contact details as Contacts in outlook/exchange.

On our Android phones we use Outlook for email and sync the phone contact app to the outlook contacts on exchange.

So that has all worked fine, but now we want to be able to share contacts and their histories via Zoho.

We have imported all our contact data in to Zoho and sorted in to Leads/Contacts/Vendors and started to link through to email accounts and social media, but what to know the best approach for linking the contacts on Zoho with the contacts in Outlook/Exchange, that we are then picking up on our phones.

So what is the best approach for dealing with this?
