Hi, we have a lot of leads/contacts flowing into Zoho CRM either directly or through Zoho Flow. They then et pushed into Zoho Campaigns and/or we trigger out emails.

We'd like to verify that the emails are in fact valid and working emails before sending out any emails. There are a bunch of services we've used in the past such as:

These will score each email address and let us know if it's known to be invalid. For example, if there's a type such as joe@gmail.con it'll get flagged. Another example is that they do a basic test and can flag emails that are definitely undeliverable.

Non of these services send an actual email, so they're not 100% perfect, but they do help companies only send emails to valid addresses and fix any broken email addresses/leads that may be entered into the sales process.

QUESTION:  What are the best services to use with Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Flow for these purposes of cleaning our incoming email addresses in real-time to ensure good data hygiene?
