Been using ZOHO CRM and MAIL for 3 months. I like the depth it offers. However, we are trying to set up HOW to best follow the chain of lead to close. Here is how our business works. we are b2b
1 - Incoming Call from Various Advertisements -seomtimes and email but mostly phone that .
2 - Verbally Qualify client and discuss their needs
3 - sometimes it is general info and sometimes specific quotation that they request
4 - we often quote over phone if possible.
WHAT WE NEED
1 - input that inbound call and info into ZOHO (currently we use the potential even if only for general info)
2 - Set up a follow-up tasks or event (not sure which to use honestly - tried both but task doesnt create a reminder and EVENT tasks so long to input
*** (FOLLOW UP IS GENERALLY LIKE THE FOLLOWING 1. email specifications and official quotation, follow-up phone call in 3 days confirming and revising quotation, follow up phone call in 10 more days revising quotation and offer, follow up phone call in 30 days revising opportunity, then if potential client for other products follow up every 60 days )
3 - So a sales representative needs to see his daily followup calls everyday in a simple format and be able to record the conversation and recreate the task (or have it automated). (our reps make about 20 calls a day)
3 - Is there a simple way to automate this? we are b2b
