I understand how to assign a Lead to a sales rep, but what if I have a company that I think would be a good prospect and I want to assign it to one my reps, but I don't have any Lead info (like name, title, contact details, etc)? Whats the best practice for this? 

I suppose I could fill in dummy info for the Lead OR I could create a new type of Lead that has no individual contact info?
