I'm sales rep, I often do technical products demonstration on customers site and I want to monitor the rate of succes of it.
I mean the ratio of customer that have experienced our solutions and that who bought it.
I have 3 kind of element to track:
1/ On-site product demonstration.
2/ Remote demonstration.
3/ Customers trials (without my intervention);
If you already track this kind of indicators in Zoho CRM, what is the best way ? (ease of use, relevance,...)
- What kind of indicator are you looking for ? (a new field, a kind of activity, a tag,....?)
- How is it analyzed ? (by a Report, an Analytic KPI,....?)
