In my experience bulk emailing more than  a few records,  you are likely to have more success with a sequencing tool like Klenty that releases emails every  min. or so.   If gmail yahoo outlook receive several emails from the same address at the same time it can cause delivery/spam issues.  It is for this reason, I have resisted the convenience of the zoho recruit mass email capability (I export to klenty..which is time-consuming and inefficient).   Am I right?  I'm curious to know best practices and experiences of the community.      For me, no efficiency is worth the risk of landing in spam.
