Best Practices: Optimal File Storage Method?

Would like to hear from Zoho CRM users.... Does anyone have a really good method or uses an add-on to manage files for Accounts.  The issue i'm finding is that is cumbersome to upload and download files.  We get a lot of attachments through emails and we would like to drag and drop the attachments into the account or accounts folder straight from Outlook.  Currently the process is that we have to download the file then upload it to zoho.  Does the Gmail or DropBox integration solve what i'm looking to do?
