best practices to manage contacts and leads
Hi!
I'm curious about the best practices for zoho CRM leads and contacts.
Please help me to understand the flow on the following example.
My friend during a chat noticed that he know someone that I have to talk in 2 weeks. He gives me his mail and phone so I can contact him.
I make a call and we set ups the meeting.
We meet for a couple of times and suddenly the person says that he moves to the new position. He will not have time in the nearest feature to continue our talks but would be happy to stay in touch.
How I translates this to Zoho CRM flow? When I create a lead. when I moves it to the contact? How I manage a long list of contacts?
