We are wondering which users are utilizing Zoho CRM with a tablet on a consistent basis. We know that there will be an iPad version shortly, but the way we see it, we want a tablet that works not with an application but natively with the browser. This will guarantee a consistent use over time across platforms as well as always receiving the updates to the web version instantly.
Another reason to prefer web over an app is that the app will be plagued with bugs as in all 1.0 versions. We don't want additional issues, we simply need the functionality that exists today in a practical way.
We use Zoho CRM in the classroom. The tablet will be used by a person designated to oversee quality in the teaching. The tablet is an ideal tool for grading teachers in the classroom.
Anyone has a succesful experience with a tablet in any of the leading platforms? What browsers work best? Care to share this information?
