Best telephone/dialler integration for multiple calls, automated phone systems and hold music?

Looking for recommendations for Zoho dialler integrations. 

I'm currently using a standard manual VOIP system and make most of my calls from my mobile. 

A lot of the numbers I call have an automated phone system, I click the option and then get put in a queue with hold music and have to wait 15 mins before I can speak to somebody. 

Looking for something that can either automatically call multiple numbers at once and connect me to the first person that picks up. Or alternatively call one number, only connect me when I'm actually speaking to a real person and in the background start calling the next number?
