I would like to ask what is the best way to manage/control my items cost (every one as price, freight, insurance, logistic, etc) on purchases in order to compose my sales price and also what is the best app to do that (Inventory, Books, etc).

Currently it is made with a spreadsheet, and it is complex, need to be considered extra costs, different currencies (case of international importation), etc.
