I'm trying to figure out which app to use to scan a business card to create a contact, along with some notes about the meeting, and possibly a follow-up task.
It seems that Zoho has created two separate apps, a leads app that allows for notes and tasks...but you can only create a person as a lead not as a contact. The business card scanner can create a contact, but it doesn't let you even add something to the description field, so there is no reminder of where you met someone, what you discussed, etc...
These seem to be glaring oversights that make neither app useful (as an aside, it really seems like this should be baked into the existing CRM app, having it as a separate application is confusing)
