Best way to associate membership to Accounts/Contacts

We are a community, where we sell paid memberships. Here are the membership tiers.

1. Individual Membership - Entry level. As a membership - they get access to 1 backstage event.
2. Individual membership - Advanced level. As a membership - they get access to 3 backstage events.
3. Organizational Membership - For 5 employees. As a membership - they get access to 5 backstage events that can be shared in 5 people.
4. Organizational Membership - All employees. As a member, they get access to 10 backstage events.

People can signup for these annual memberships that renew every year on the date that they signed upon. We are using Zoho Subscriptions for managing these subscriptions.

Question - How to best reflect this information in CRM? We should like to know the following.
1. Tag individuals who have membership #1, along with their expiration date and the backstage events registered for.
2. tag individuals who have membership #2, along with their expiration date  and the backstage events registered for.
3. Tag organizations and contacts who have membership #3 along with the expiration date and the backstage events they are registered for.
4. Tag organizations and contacts who have membership #4 along with the expiration date and the backstage events they are registered for.

What is the best way to do that?
