best way to learn about zoho
Hi, I am currently using the free version for testing purposes. I am using a different product (infusionsoft) for a number of my clients but I am being told that zoho is more cost effective and easy to use. I already notice some features that are nice (ie link to facebook from contacts and photos etc) I am attempting to figure out how to do some of the tasks that I do in other products to see if this is a good fit for my clients. In particular I want to test having a webform on a website offering a free report when they type in their first name and email address. After that is received and put into the leads list to wait 20 min and send the report with PDF attachment along with a thank you for your interest and a few links referring to four of our different services. Then when they click on a link from one of the services it will email them with that information and then inform me to schedule a call. If they don't click on a link it will wait 2 weeks and send a follow up email and encourage them to call me. If still no links schedule a call for me to offer to close their file. (ie make them pay attention) I can't seem to find where this automation is supposed to go. I don't want to tie up alot of time for any staff member so if I can just be directed to where I can gather this research that would be very helpful. (If I can move at least 10 of my clients to zoho it may make a direct impact to their bottom line) But I need to be able to access the same forms of automation.
I am a smart guy so just send me to the right direction and I will figure it out. Thanks for your time.
