If an inside sales rep wants to an outside sales rep through an email notice about an important development on an opportunity, what is the best way to go about it in Zoho CRM?
I've considered adding a note to the opportunity but this does not send out an email notice. I've considered adding a workflow trigger on the notes field but I don't want there to be a notice sent on every note.
I've also considered creating a task but I don't want to add to the reps already full task list. I want the notice to be recorded in the account record and stand out to the rep.
