Best way to share/download presentation files in Zoho without losing formatting?

Hello Zoho Community,

I often work with PPT/PDF files in Zoho Docs and share them with colleagues. While PDFs usually give a direct download option, I’ve noticed that PPT/PPTX files sometimes only open in the viewer without a clear download link.

Is there a recommended way in Zoho Docs to make sure recipients can easily download presentation files (with the correct extension) for offline use? Do I need to zip them, or is there a setting I might be missing?

As a workaround, I’ve also tested some external solutions. For example, tools like

can make it easier to save shared presentations in the right format. Still, I’d prefer a native Zoho way if possible.
