I am currently looking into the possibility of using Zoho for our companies CRM and I have a question for everyone. How did you train your sales team to start using Zoho? Is there any basic training available? Besides reading tutorials and playing around with Zoho, what are other options? 

Our sales team is very busy in order to try and learn the software on their own. I would like to hear how others have trained their colleagues and what method worked best.
