For my freelancers, I would like to create a training area that would include text, images and video help to train them on the tasks I need them to do.

I had a look at Zoho Wiki which has a nice navigation structure and lets me add text and images, but I am unable to embed video files in the Wiki.

I looked at Zoho Notebook which lets me add text, images and embed video, but it doesn't really have a navigation structure suitable for training.

Zoho Challenge is fine for tests, but not for putting training material up.

So what Zoho application would work best for my purposes?
