Better CRM Integration

I have a 5 user subscription to ZOHO+ which we purchased in search of a better project management software.

I find that while many of ZOHO's tools are effective and feature rich, the CRM completely missed the boat with regards to gmail integration.

My message to the engineering team is to have a look at https://www.fullcontact.com/. You guys should just buy this company and incorporate it's features into zoho.
