Something that I find extremely useful in a CRM (especially as I organise events where a lot of members show up) is to have a meaningful photo (aka avatar) for the user.

However I find when I upload a photo the Zoho system just squeezes it into a square box, most other systems handle this more gracefully and maintain at least the proportions on the longest side rather than squeezing the image.

Is it possible to adjust this behaviour or alternatively provide an avatar editing tool, so when you upload an image you can crop it (like many other sites do).

Also when are we likely to see the avatars show on the user profile of the iPhone app, this is something that I am dying for (so that I can get a quick facial reminder when on the go).
