ZoHo CRM works well for us. What really disturbs my workflow however is the poor search functionality. 

It seems that you cannot filter on 'relevancy' of search results, nor does it control for spelling errors. For our business this is extra difficult, since our customers and target audience are in the same field and thus have similar names. 

IMO, an excellent search functionality is critical to any CRM these days. I do not need extra features; I need superb core functionality. 

Im wondering if other users have the same problem. If so, please leave a comment or like.
