Better setup and intergration

Hi,

We have two businesses, one which is doing services and the second online eCommerce. we are using Zoho mail for the second businesses, which is the online eCommerce. With this we have three e-mail addresses:

1. Inquiries (Zoho Support integrations)
2. Sales (Zoho CRM integrations)
3. Accounts (Zoho CRM integrations)

With this, it is making it difficult to manage all this, as we have to log into all the above accounts to check mails, and would we like to have 2 and 3 to be linked onto one account, with CRM Integrations, and have the sync working in full - inbox, outbox and send mail ect. to be able to see everything on the mobile devices as well.

The first business are making use of Google Apps with Google Mail, and are now sharing the CRM on the accounts above, which actually should be separated, but makes this another account.

Any idea how to setup our things for the companies better, have mobile sync and better integrations?
