Every time I speak of better social profile management for my clients I am referred to the social module or the feed (that doesn't work if the profile email is different from the facebook profile) and that's it.
The one thing holding me back to going Zoho full time with my accounts is the severe lack of 360-degree view of my accounts social profiles. We do digital marketing and social/reputation management. Its vital to find and view all social profiles for a lead and to easily access the same profiles in accounts. I think giving me a Twitter and Facebook feed and saying that's a 360-degree view is flawed. some other CRMS allow you too add links to over 60 to 70 different sites then creates a small clickable icon for each of those links, as you would see in the footer of a website. I need review sites like Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, etc as well as other social profiles.
Using custom fields is clunky and eats up a LOT of real estate to have to scroll past, when in fact a module or add-on that give allows you to enter whatever links you have then gives you a thumbnail small icon in a groups collection can literally take up 10% of the amount of space.
Cmon Zoho, take client and account social profiles seriously! For B2B, I'm dependant on it and may need to keep looking for better if it isnt an important update to your CRM. Just looking at a twitter feed and a facebook feed that doesnt work for 80% of my account profiles just inst enough.
Just my 2 cents.
