There are industries firld in Zoho CRM. That's great but threre are very big difference between example 2 B2B industries and ex. customers.
For now in Zoho CRM I can't set different fields to accounts in dependence to industry. That's make accont field very messy when I have to view fields needend for one industry and not for anouter.
I suggenst possibility to set custom fields for every account or only to particular industry.
