I just imported all my data into the CRM. I have over 5000 records in company and I am going through them one by one to merge duplicates. I used "Deduplicate" under company tools and it did not do much at all. There should be a better search engine to deduplicate data in the CRM system. For example, search the ENTIRE account name and search for keywords that are similar rather than the order it appears.

 

It will really save me time!!!

 

Please make a better way to deduplicate elements in the CRM!!
