Beware Change to Free User Acc

It would have been nice if Zoho had told us that they changed their policy on Free accounts.  I went in to delete and rename accounts and after each one I could not add it back.  Now I am stuck with 5 out of 15 emails.  If I upgrade it will charge me for ancillary emails like press@ and marketing@ that are all forwarded to me.  I would be charged for 11 accounts.  Now I am stuck, cant access the CRM for those accounts.  This is a huge issue.  Beware everyone to rename email accounts and not delete and create or you will loose those free accounts,
