BIG DELAY to deliver a message
Dear friends... I had post another topic uesterday, but I do not know why it´s not in my postage list.
Whatever... here I am with another topic:
- I sent a message on last friday about 11:30 pm using my accoun mail to 33 customer email set in BCC.
- I used Outlook 2010 version to manage all my messages.
- The message did not appeared in the SENT box in my webmail account until saturday morning (about 20 hours after sending that message). All customers receipt the message with hat 20 hour delay.
It was a first time that we had this issue with Zoho mail service.
Can you explain what did happen with that message?
Is it a problem I will have again?
