BIG PROBLEM IN CASE MANAGEMENT

One big problem is there in zoho crm.  We are not able to send emails from case.  Suppose a case is created and we want to send an email to the reported person,  related to the case, there is no option.  Similary once a case is escalated or closed, we cannot send email to the reporting person.

 This is a basic feature, which should be there for case handling. THIS IS  BIG PROBLEM.   Our whole purpose of subscribing zoho crm is getting defeated.
