I have recently noticed that a new feature has been added to Bigin while on desktop allowing us to now add files to our contacts or events directly from Zoho Workdrive, which is great.
However I have now realised that any files that I attach via the workdrive can only be viewed on desktop and not while using the App.
When trying to view the file on the Bigin App, in the App it says that "no valid URL can be found"
In the screen shot I have attached from the app you can see 2 files - the first 1 has been uploaded directly to bigin and the second 1 has been attached via the Workdrive through Bigin, which gives the error message.
I understand that adding the files via the Workdrive is a new feature, before I go ahead and continue attaching files this way I would love to know if it is in the plans for the near future to enable us to be able to view the files in the Bigin App or not?
