Bigin app is now made even better with iOS 14 experience!
Hello All,
With the curtains raised for iOS 14 and iPadOS 14, we've now brought in a slew of features to help you sell even better with Bigin.
Below are some of Bigin's major enhancements that we have covered in the latest update (v1.2) of the app:
WIDGETS: Widgets are customizable extensions that can be added to your home screen that keeps you updated on important activities and information. Get a complete overview of your activities by simply glancing through your customizable widgets and create new activities right from the widget.
You can add Widgets to your home screen by long pressing on the home screen > Click the + icon at the top right corner > Search for Bigin > Add Widget.
SIRI SHORTCUTS: Use Siri, your most trusted companion to show calls, tasks, and events, and even take notes when you are on the go. Also, Siri doesn’t take up the whole screen anymore! Siri’s full-screen animation has been shrunk down and placed at the bottom of the screen. The rest of the screen stays wherever you left off so you never lose context. You can get Siri to perform actions in Bigin, such as 'call a contact' or 'schedule a meeting'.
WIND DOWN SHORTCUTS: Stay a step ahead by knowing how your next day is going to pan out before heading to bed, using Wind Down Shortcuts. Wind Down is available on all Apple platforms including watchOS.
PIPELINE VIEW: The new UI lets you easily navigate through your pipeline, select multiple items, and drag-and-drop deals to another stage, just like you would on your Web app.
SCRIBBLE ON IPAD: Apart from scribbling text using your Apple Pencil and watching them change magically to words, we've brought in gestures like 'tick' to do away with won deals, 'X' to delete unwanted deals, and simply 'double tap' to undo any changes.
ENHANCED APPEARANCE: The much loved dark mode is here. What's more is that you can also customize the app icon to blend in with your theme. Dark Mode has also been expanded: it’s now available in Auto, Dark, and Light.
QUICK ACTIONS: Carry out a number of quick actions right from the app icon on the home screen by simply long pressing it. And, did we say that the actions are totally customizable too?
To customize the Home screen quick actions, go to Bigin mobile app > Settings > Home screen Quick actions > Add the required actions.
ENHANCED PRIVACY: The new photo picker allow apps to only view information about the photo you upload rather than the whole gallery ensuring that your photos are ALWAYS safe.
PHOTO MODERATION: We've introduced machine learning to help guide you to upload the right work-friendly pictures, to keep things neat and professional. Runs completely on your device without any need for a network connection, thus keeping your data secure without compromising on privacy.
To enable Photo Moderation, go to Bigin app > Settings > Privacy & Security settings > Photo Moderation > Enable the same.
KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS AND TRACKPAD SUPPORT FOR IPAD: We've brought in support for trackpad and mouse actions. You can also carry out a bunch of actions using keyboard shortcuts.

Zoho removed ability to see all Scheduled Reports!
If you are not the owner of a scheduled report, Zoho recently removed the capability to see each scheduled report. As an admin who relies on seeing all scheduled reports being sent, this is a terrible update. Now I cannot see ANY scheduled reports...even the ones I am being sent!! This should be a setting for admins to control. This is a bad update.Admins cannot see each others' Scheduled Reports?!
Very frustrating that as an admin I cannot see what my reports my fellow admins have created and scheduled. After asking about this on the help chat, I was told the issue is trust and security. By giving someone Admin status, it means we trust them with those responsibilities. Please change this, it is not a good process to have to bother other users to change a report or change users within a report.Add multiple users to a task
