Bigin Astuce #8 : Workflows
Bonjour à tous,
Découvrons aujourd'hui comment la fonction Workflow dans Bigin vous aide à automatiser les tâches répétitives. Lorsque vous lancez une vente, votre tâche principale est de répondre aux besoins de vos clients. Mais parfois, vous perdez du temps à cause de suivis répétitifs, qui consomme tout votre temps. C'est dans ce cas que vous pouvez utiliser Workflow, voyons comment s'y prendre.
La création d'un workflow se fait en trois étapes :
Définir le bon moment : la règle peut être exécutée lorsque l'enregistrement est créé, modifié ou les deux.
Définir les conditions : pour quels enregistrements la règle de workflow doit être déclenchée. Vous pouvez soit spécifier des critères pour les enregistrements, soit sélectionner tous les enregistrements.
Choisir les actions à exécuter : spécifiez les actions à automatiser pour les enregistrements correspondant aux critères spécifiés.
Les actions suivantes peuvent être déclenchées lorsque la règle est exécutée : Notification par courrier électronique, Tâche, Champ de mise à jour, Balises.
Et voici comment vous pouvez en quelques clics rendre plus efficace votre cycle de vente.

I would like to be able to prefill two tickets fields dynamically, in this case a readonly field for the order id, and a hidden field for the seller id.
