Wondering if Zoho is going to bring the built in telephony in Bigin to CRM?  Zoho has needed to offer their own modern telephony solution for a long long time!!  Its a major weak point from our point of view.  We've tested several U.S. telephony's that have Zoho CRM integration and found them to be just plan bad, expensive and/or clunky.

As a small business we us Google Voice thru G suite and it is a fantastic, post coronavirus world where everybody is remote, telephony.  Zoho does not integrate with G Suite Google Voice, or Dialpad for that matter(another strong modern telephony).  Zoho needs to do something.
