We hope all of you are doing well! We're excited to share a new enhancement to Bigin's forms. Let's take a look at it in detail.

The Acknowledge Visitor option in Bigin Forms means visitors receive an instant confirmation after they submit a form. This helps build trust and keeps conversations going with your prospects.

Previously, visitors received automatic acknowledgements only by email. With this update, you can now also send acknowledgements through WhatsApp.

When someone submits a form, an automated WhatsApp message can be sent to them instantly. You can use this message to confirm that you've received their request, share next steps, or provide additional information through a channel your customers use regularly.

While configuring your form, you can enable the Acknowledge visitor via WhatsApp option and set up the message you want to send. Once enabled, every successful form submission will trigger the configured WhatsApp message to the visitor.
