Bigin has been the worst CRM ever for us
The integration with office outlook worked, then broke, was then fixed, then broke again.
This has made the platform unusable since we signed up. During this time Zoho have taken our money and refused any refunds, anyway we have had enough we are voting with our feet.
Total waste of money and our time.
