Bigin iOS/ macOS and Android app update

Hey everyone!

In the latest update to the Bigin mobile app for iOS(v1.7.3), macOS(v1.5.3) and Android(v1.6.6), we have introduced support for Checklist, File Upload options and Partial Save support in the Stage Transition Rules.

Checklist and File Upload

Along with the required fields, we now have supported Checklist section that comprises a set of configured checklists and an option to upload files that shows up when a respective deal undergoes stage transition rules.

Points to be noted:

The checklist feature creates a Checklist tab within the record, which is divided into two sections: Pending and Completed.
In the Pending tab, all pending checklist items are displayed, allowing users to track what needs to be completed.
In the Completed tab, users can view all the checklist items that have been previously marked as completed during earlier stage transitions.
Users can create a checklist with a maximum of 10 items.
Users can now attach files in the Stage Transition Rules form from various sources, like the camera, gallery, files, and audio.
A maximum of 20 files, up to 20MB each, can be attached in the Files section.
The attached files will be displayed in the Files tab of the respective record upon completing the transition.

What is Partial Save functionality?

Partial Save allows you to save the progress and later complete the transition by feeding all the required information.

Note: Only when all the required details are filled in, the transition will be performed. Until then the record will remain under its original stage.
