Bill Payments via Personal Account

Bill Payments via Personal Account

Hi,
My USA LLC company accounts in USD, but I am personally based in the UK and use GBP.
I have suppliers in the UK who need paying in GBP.
In order to pay supplier bills, I used PayPal to transfer USD from the company checking account via the company PayPal account (USD) to my PayPal account in GBP, which attracted a fee and was converted at 2.5% above the base rate. I then withdrew the GBP funds from PayPal to my personal bank account and sent them to the supplier via direct bank transfer.
How should I account for these transactions in Zoho Books?
I'm confused as to whether it should be via Owner Draw, though this isn't an option when looking how to pay a bill.
Or do I make up transactions for the invoices against the USD paypal account at the equivalent rate, plus a fee expense for the PayPal fees?
What's the correct way to do this (obviously doing a payment like this wasn't ideal but it was urgent, international wire wasn't an option.)
Thanks
