Hello, I would like to reward users who respond to my online survey. Example I would put $ 5 to the first 500 people who respond to my survey. I want to know If You have apps like: bonus, or voucher. in apps or widget.

I must take a similar survey in French and English? Same question and same answer choices, a bilingual survey. What is the best method to create the survey and compile my answers?
