I created a birthday workflow to alert me when active clients have birthdays but it's not working. I'm not getting the alerts. Now, when I import new contacts, I have the option upon import to add the Birthday workflow I created to those contacts, and the workflow rule seems to be working for them. However, how to I make sure it's working for ALL of my contacts? Here's a picture of my workflow:
