Bkank E-mail Templates

Hi

I'm having some problems with emails I'm sending to contacts and leads using e-mail templates. Many of them are blank when the user receive it.

Sometimes they receive it fine sometimes they receive only a blank email. I'm sending the same e-mail to different users and one receive it OK and the other doesn't.

Could you please help me with this issue?
