Black lines for addresses, CC, BCC and subject lines.

Black lines for addresses, CC, BCC and subject lines.

I cannot reply nor create & send a new email.  For the address, CC, BCC and subject lines I have black lines.  Cannot key anything into those lines or it reverts to black lines after I do key something in.
What's happening?

Laptop works for everything else.  Two other email accounts with other .coms allow me to send emails and receive emails.
