Blackberry and Zoho Mail

Hello, Since I really like Zoho interface, I have replaced MS outlook with Zoho and I have a few (gmail and google apps) email addresses that I'm now hosting in Zoho. I also host same email addresses on my blackberry. Problem I'm having is that when I used to use Outlook, I could purge all my emails off the gmail/google apps server via my blackberry and I can't figure out how to fix the problem working in Zoho. Another problem I'm having is that sometimes emails don't even make it to my blackberry and bypass going right into Zoho which never happened when I was using MS Outlook. Any help you can offer here?
