Blackberry is not receiving incomming mails

Blackberry is not receiving incomming mails

Hi,
Im have setup my blackberry to receive emails from my email account using the pop settings. However, I am not receiving emails although outgoing emails go out.
 
I need help as this is a business account and I need visibility.
 
I have also run the blacberry mobile synch application and it still does not synch the calenders and contact.
 
Please help
