Blackberry Playbook

When I go into my Zoho account thru a browser and try to use the email on my blackberry playbook, (after I have gone into Leads and put a check into the box in front of the customers name). The playbook brings up the email page to send but will not let me use rich text, only plain text. Is there a way to change that.
 
Also when I go into leads and I tap on the clients account, (which takes me into all the clients information), then when I tap on the email that is there it takes me right out and into my gmail acount to use.
 
Is that the only way email can be used thru the Blackberry Playbook and Zoho.
