Blacklist?

Is it possible to create a blacklist?

I have some individuals (competitors) that occasionally try to register onto my lists, I'd like to prevent them from doing so.

It would be great if they could be blocked by domain - *@domain.com - or by individual email address.

Upon someone entering in a blacklisted email or domain, what should happen is - nothing.

No confirmation email, no error message. Just accept the entry and discard it (and increment an 'attempt to register' counter in the blacklist table against their email/domain).
