Blacklisted email still getting through

Blacklisted email still getting through

Hi! There's an email address I blacklisted a while ago, and I still get spam from it. At least, I still get spam listed as coming from it, and it's probably a spoofed sender field, but shouldn't it be blocked using that string of characters anywhere?

I'll post the address here if you like. It's a @zoho.com address.
